 Maintenance Technician

Applicants must be familiar with all types of property maintenance, such as HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, pneumatics, hydraulics, welding, electrical(appliances, relays, transformers, fixtures, communication equipment etc). Must be able to properly and neatly fill out report logs, work orders and other data as necessary and keep organized. Must be outgoing and couteous. Must be able to work an on-call schedule. Must be able to work in wet, cold, hot or humid conditions. Must be able to climb and do heavy lifting. Must be able to work unsupervised. Must have a clean background and be able to pass a yearly physical. Must have GA Drivers License. Starting pay would be $10-$12 per hour. Truck Broker

Inside sales to recruit trucking companies to haul loads to facility. Must have sales experience(inside sales or in person contact). Base salary is $25,000 + commission. Electrician

Must have atleast 3 years on job experience as industrial electrician. Diploma from Techinal College is preferred. Starting pay would be $14 per hour.

Machinist

They must have at least one year’s experience and be able to operate all types of CNC milling machines ,Lathes ( horizontal and vertical ) and any conventional lathes and mills. They must also know how to read blue prints, micrometers, dial calipers, depth micrometers, tape measure, and other various tools used to inspect the quality assurance of parts produced. Must be able to work all shifts. The starting range will be somewhere between $12 - $14 per hr. depending on experience.

Assistant Director Public Works Department  

Perform professional work by planning, directing, and managing the activities and daily operations of the Public Works Department including public works, landfill and County shop functions. Supervises, trains, evaluates and disciplines subordinates, prepares and manages the budget, reviews and interprets plans, prepares specifications, participates in project management, and handles various customer service and administrative tasks.

Public Administration, Engineering or closely related field; six to nine years of experience in construction management, public works administration or related area; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job. Must possess and maintain a valid Georgia Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with TPX endorsements. Must have a High School Diploma or GED.

The job comes with benefits, vacation, sick and holiday pay as well insurance options. Starting pay will be from $16 to $18 dollars an hour based on experience and qualifications.

Administrative Supervisor/Director for a 501 C 3 non-profit 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Report to a Board of Directors concerning operations, budget, fundraising, and general activities. Maintaining personnel polices as well as hiring and firing. Represent the organization at meetings with county and city officials, Chamber of Commerce, as well as the media and civic organizations. Heads up fund raising, grant applications, and community/businesses involvement with the non-profit. Be able to assess the overall operations and make suggestions and recommendations for change and improvements to the board.

Qualifications; Strong organizational skills, human relations, and communication skills required. Must be able to work on your own with minimal supervision, and be able to set and meet deadlines.

Education and / or Experience

This individual must have at least 3 years relevant experience in a non-profit environment. High School diploma or GED required. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel are needed. Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to speak in public is needed for this position.

Typical hours are Monday through Friday 40 hours a week. Vacation and holiday pay accrue with tenure and medical insurance is available. Pay will range between $11 and $13 dollars per hour based on experience.

Pipe Shop Heavy Assembler/Welder

Must have 2 years heavy assembly and welding experience. Must have completed AWS welding test. Must be capable of training lesser skilled assemblers. Must be able to read and analyze blue prints and plan operations. Must have good math skills. High School Diploma or equivalent is required.  Pay range is $10 - $16 based on experience.

Skilled Mechanic

 Must be able to read caliper into 1000ths, have experience with machines that have close tolerances, build and maintain blowers, build and maintain Hydraulic Systems and also be able to build and maintain transmissions. $11-$13 per hour.

IT Technician

Must have two(2) years or more experience, 12 years education and occupational license-MCSE or MCSA certification. Must have bachelors degree or higher in IT Technology. Duties: Analyze information processing or computation needs and plan and design computer systems, using techniques such as structured analysis, data modeling and information engineering. Assess the usefulness of pre-developed application packages and adapt them to a user environment. Confer with clients regarding the nature of the information processing or computation needs a computer program is to address. Consult with management to ensure agreement on system principles. Coordinate and link the computer systems within an organization to increase compatibility and so information can be shared. Define the goals of the system and devise flow charts and diagrams describing logical operational steps of programs. Determine computer software or hardware needed to set up or alter system. Develop, document and revise system design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards. Expand or modify system to serve new purposes or improve work flow. Interview or survey workers, observe job performance or perform the job to determine what information is processed and how it is processed. Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decisions on system implementation. Salary is $50k - $80k depending on experience training and education.

Diesel Mechanic

Must be experienced in welding. Need to have some experience with hydraulics and pneumatics. Must have a minimum of 5 years experience as a diesel mechanic. Pay will be $10.00 - $14.00 per hour based on experience.

IT Manager

Must have at least 7 years experience in managing an IT department. Great supervisory skills are a must. Need to know how to set up a network from the ground up, & build and maintain computers. A+ certification is a plus. Networking skills are a plus. $45k - $70k yearly salary + benefits (based on experience).

 Machine Operator

 At least 1 year experience

Accountant

 Must have 4 year degree. Salary is negotiable.

Office Assistant

 Must have 2 years experience in use of SAP, Excel, & QuickBooks
